KONFLIK SOSIAL DAN KEINGINAN INDIVIDU UNTUK MELAPORKAN FRAUD SECARA INTERNAL

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the relation between social conflict and fraud reporting. The social conflict on this research organized as case simulation ilustration in a questionaire. This research using information as component from social conflict, which the indicator that tested are knowledge and experience. The objective of this research is to found out empirical evidence about the influence of information to the individual intention to report fraud internally. The research analysis is using Structural Equation Model (SEM). The result from the analysis indicated that information component has positif influence againts individual intention to report fraud internally.
